BLUEWAVE REFRESH™ PROGRAM
Provide a great service for your patients while increasing your revenue.
1. ONBOARDING YOUR CLINIC
We provide you literature for patients to understand the benefits, costs, and overall process of the Refresh™ Program. You will also be provided with a template Refresh™ Program Agreement and Liability Waiver to customize according to your clinic's market. You determine the price you charge for the program, how long the program lasts, and how many treatments you wish to provide. Please contact us for recommended pricing and duration.
2. ONBOARDING YOUR PATIENTS
After a patient signs up for the Refresh™ Program, you will provide them with a treatment bag. Each treatment bag must only be used for one patient to prevent cross-contamination. Each time the patient comes in for treatment, you will use their bag to treat their device. The Clinician will setup the patients' prosthetic device in the bag and attach it to the BLUEWAVE. The regular cycle (~6 minutes) is excellent for deodorization. For extreme odor or to reduce SARS-CoV-2, the Super Cycle setting (~28 min) should be used.
3. BLUEWAVE REFRESH™ SCHEDULED TREATMENTS
Depending on the Terms of the Refresh™ Program Agreement, patients will either come in for regularly scheduled appointments or come in between appointments to use the BLUEWAVE. No monitoring is needed during the treatment cycle. Once the treatment cycle finishes (indicated by a chime), remove the device from the bag. In most cases, the patient may don the device immediately.
4. ENDING OR RENEWING THE REFRESH™ PROGRAM
At the end of the program period, patients can renew, be given a new bag, and continue the program. Some patients, for example cranial helmet patients, may automatically graduate out of the Refresh™ Program when their therapy is finished.
